We start with tools like CogniFit and Vizual Edge to measure focus, processing speed, visual tracking, and hand-eye coordination. This gives us your athlete’s “brain profile.”

Personalized Training Plan

Based on the assessment, we build an 8-week plan (2x/week) targeting the skills your athlete needs most — attention, decision-making, or visual-spatial speed.

What is Cognitive Performance Training?

Cognitive Performance Training is a science-based training program that strengthens the brain systems athletes use every second in sport — focus, processing speed, visual-spatial awareness, and reaction time.


Instead of only training the body, we also train the brain behind the movement so athletes can see the play sooner, make faster decisions, and stay locked in for the whole game.
