Refund Policy
General Policy and Eligibility for Refunds
At Summit Brain & Performance Clinic, we value the commitment our clients make to improving their focus, performance, and brain health. Because our programs and sessions involve personalized assessments, scheduling, and preparation, all payments are considered final once services are rendered or access to digital materials has been granted.
Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as:

Scheduling errors or duplicate payments.

Technical issues preventing access to an online program that cannot be resolved.

Cancellations made within the approved time frame stated below.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to summitbrainperformance@gmail.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Missed Appointments
We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled without penalty.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session, or no-shows, may result in the full session fee being charged.

Program enrollments (such as ADHD or Cognitive Performance programs) may be paused or rescheduled within 14 days of start, but refunds are not typically issued once the program has begun.
Summit Brain & Performance reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to staff illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Digital Products, Courses, and Special Offers
For digital content, workshops, or promotional packages (including discounted tournament offers or affiliate sales), all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been provided.
If a technical issue prevents access to purchased materials, our support team will make every effort to restore access promptly.
