Using the detailed results from the Vizual Edge and CogniFit baseline, we build a focused 8-week plan that enhances the specific visual and cognitive skills your athlete relies on most in their sport.
Our personalized programs integrate a progression of targeted drills and technology-driven exercises that challenge the brain and body to work together with greater speed and precision. Depending on your athlete’s profile, the plan may focus on:
